Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions. By ordering from our website, you’re agreeing to the terms below.
1. Ordering
When you place an order through our website, you’re agreeing to purchase the items as described, at the price listed, including any delivery costs.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with the details.

As every order is personalised, please double-check spelling and design details — we make exactly what you submit.
2. Payments
We accept payment through secure online methods such as credit/debit card and internet banking (where available).

Orders won’t be processed until full payment has been received.

If there’s an issue with payment, we’ll get in touch.
3. Delivery
We deliver throughout New Zealand. We aim to get all online orders out within 10 business days, but bulk orders may take a little longer. For any custom requests made through our online form, we'll let you know how long production will take, as we will likely need to order in special materials.

You’ll get a tracking link (where available) once your item has been sent.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier or weather, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong.
4. Returns and refunds
Because all of our items are custom-made, we can’t offer returns for change of mind. However, if there’s a problem with your order, let us know.
We’ll offer a refund or replacement if:

The item arrives damaged or faulty.

We made a mistake with your order.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo if possible. We'll work with you to sort it out.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel an order if we haven’t started making it yet. Once we’ve begun work on a custom item, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
6. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. We’ll only use your personal information to:

We’ll never sell or share your details with anyone else.
7. Copyright and design
All our designs are created by us or used with permission. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell any of our designs or products without our written permission.
