DELIVERY POLICY

At Manawatū Laser Creations, we aim to get your custom creations to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free — wherever you are in New Zealand.

Delivery areas

We deliver nationwide, including rural addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing & delivery timeframes

Processing time: All orders are handmade and/or personalised. Please allow 15 working days for your online order to be created. Any completely custom orders may take longer. We'll discuss this with you before arranging payment.
Shipping time: Once your order is ready, it will be delivered by NZ Post.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location.
Rural delivery: Please allow an additional 1–2 days for rural addresses.

We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way.

Delivery costs

We offer free drop off for all Palmerston North orders.
Flat rate standard shipping for the North Island is $14 NZD
Flat rate standard shipping for the South Island is $18 NZD
Free shipping on all orders over $200, NZ-wide!

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Packaging

All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order is a gift, let us know — we’re happy to include a personalised note.

Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but delays can sometimes occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues. If there’s a delay with your order, we’ll keep you updated.

Lost or damaged items

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at hey@manawatulasercreations.co.nz. We’ll work with the courier to sort it out.
